• You are responsible for following collection instructions.
• We are not liable for invalid results caused by improper sampling or mailing delays.

4. Results & Reports

• Reports are delivered electronically within the estimated turnaround time.
• Results are simplified for consumer understanding and not medical advice.
• We do not guarantee identification of all possible allergens, molds, or particles.

5. Shipping & Turnaround

• Kits ship via standard carriers; delays may occur.
• Turnaround times (7–10 days after mailing) may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages from use of our services.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the kit in question.
